There are some things you should never give up on. Your dreams, for one. Your dreams are worth chasing until your very last breath. Your loved ones are another one. If you love someone, you should never let them slip to the back of your mind. And having a laugh is another one. If you've gone a long time without having a laugh, then there's something wrong. You've got to get back to the garden, so to speak. You need to not shortchange your life and give up the ghost on joy. It's always there for you when you need it. 

Sometimes you just need a little push to help you access your fun side. Maybe you need to call up a friend and ask them to hang out. Maybe you need to watch a funny movie to get your laugh box going. Or maybe you need a list of memes.
